Our AI initiative, called Netgenius, is being enhanced with the integration of AI agents to automate the administration and operation of a series of network probes. These probes provide us with valuable insights into network quality for internet service delivery. Additionally, we have automated fault diagnosis tasks through an AI agent, enabling the timely implementation of solutions for service failures.
